Speedy on winder
I wondered if anyone knows what the proper setting on a winder is for a speedy. Looking around I found reference to 700-800 clockwise only.

Funny, even when I put my on a winder at 6000-7000 clockwise and counter clockwise it didn't work.
For some reason I always have to manually wind mine.

haha!! Well that's what I get for searching google. I thought the watch was manual wind but when I was surfing I found a reference to "speedmaster pro on a wolf winder, clockwise 700-800 turns". Being confused I just post here to get the scoop! Also I put the Omega book in the bank box with the Omega Speedy Box. My bad hope everyone had a laugh!!
 At least it was not quartz...Mike PS - How many turns for a full wind? Reserve? |

No problem Mike, and besides there are some speedmaster reference numbers that are auto wind.

The omega book just says wind it until you feel some resistance.
