DSSD and SUB-c
Does any Rolex connoisseur consider the DSSD as the "true" update for the 16610?
Or is the SUB-c the perfect update for the older 16610? I wore a 16610 for almost 8 years, loved it and regretted selling it The DSSD reminds me of my 16610, only bigger and much improved IMO A pic of my 16610 beside the only Breitling I still own

I would not consider the DSSD an update to even the 16600 let alone the 16610... The DSSD IMHO is just a huge Rolex. I much prefer the 40mm but thats just me.
The update to the 16610 to answer your question would definitely be the 116610

SubC is the update. DSSD is an entirely different watch - but commands a seperate respect for its (over)engineering and brilliant design.
