I don’t save for the watch per say, I just get to a point where I feel good about spending a little extra on myself..and I only feel like this when I reach a certain savings threshold above and way above and beyond what the watch is going to cost….With that said, I CANNOT walk in and buy on impulse..

Like many of us, my wife and I are on salaries. Saving money is the only way short of liquidating assets. When I became interested in watches, I never imagined I would own a Rolex due to their prices. But, as much as I desire a few more, I really don't see how that could happen. With necessities climbing in cost, ridiculously priced luxeries must be passed over. I am glad I have what I have.
