Glacier Blue Dial question....
What are the hands and numbers on the glacier blue dial made of? I know the hands and markers on most models are made of gold, but since this dial option is only available on the Platinum DD are they made of gold or platinum?

The sale lady at Mayor's told me that is platinum when I was looked at their platinum DD2 there, 3 weeks ago.
By the way, my husband did not like that platinum DD2. Thanks God

I would think it would be platinum. Don't know why it would be something else.

Have your husband checkout the 36mm DD in Platinum w/ the glacier blue dial.... I didn't care for the DDII either, too big for my taste.
