We got our first one in months on our previous allocation. Still not one that comes up regularly on allocations

I've seen a couple at 3 different locations of the FL AD (last month or so). Used to be more difficult.

Hello hunz! Suggest to try HK, they got a wide inventory.

the sub C LV should be very easy to get in the US. i've seen them sitting in the case at most of the AD.

Here in Malaysia, they are still selling at a premium, an AD quoted me RM30K, which is just over USD$10K. The black Sub-C also have a premium, but less (RM26K asking). They are never on display as by law here, all displayed goods must carry a price tag, and they can't very well put a price tag above list in their display case.

Usually though, there is still a couple months wait list. Maybe they keep the available unit for tourist who obviously cannot wait...?

True, but demand for the popular SS models (Sub-date, GMT II & Daytona) in this part of the world have always been very strong and had only reduced slightly. This is reflected in the smaller premium being asked for them, for eg. when the Daytona was listed at around RM26K, ADs were asking for RM40K. Today list is around RM34K, still asking for RM40K. Malaysia is tax and duty free for watches, so we do get a fair bit of tourist from the mid-east and China coming to buy here.

It used to be cheaper to buy from Singapore (than Malaysia) at the beginning of the year. Which what I did, I bought a 14060M with 15% disc and 5.5% tax back (not full 7%).

I was in Malaysia and checked out prices, not better than Sing. I used my money to buy Laksa and Kway Teow

Now its Europe thats cheaper than most parts of asia, even HK and US (if you get dis and tax back)
