Educate me please
Can someone educate me on a 1963 rootbeer PCG 1675 GMT. Would like to know more about them please. What should I look for, what kind of provenance they may have.
Thanks, Pete |

The 2 tone 1675 GMT started in 1970

Hey Nikos,
I wonder what I saw then? It was a 1675, case back said I63 and it was PCG. The dial was a nipple dial and root beer insert, or so I thought it was. The dial was golden in color too. I wonder if it was a franken watch? I'll need to get pictures. Pete |

I'm guessing someone tried to change their gilt 1675 PCG to have a different look or imitate a tt 1675?

Are there any other kind of 1675's that are gold? Maybe it wasn't what I thought it was? I can confirm, though, it had nipple plots. However, off the top of my head, I really can't remember if it was stainless or not?
Guess an easier way is to ask what kind of 1675's existed in 1963? Pete Last edited by pdoukas; 11 September 2011 at 12:31 PM.. Reason: wrong year edit |

Hey Nikos do you have a picture of what a gold would look like?

An early gold 1675 does not have crown guards later they were added.
