New Addition To The Collection - Breitling Colt Automatic II

Been lusting over this watch for a while but haven't been able to find the right deal since the watch is now discontinued. Finally found a good deal and pulled the trigger. This is my first Breitling watch and i have to let you know i was pretty blown away when i got it. I mean the amount of details they put into these watches are pretty amazing. Just the dial itself is so detailed i love just starring at it. Love the crystal as well for two reasons. At certain angel it looks like the crystal is not even there so you get a clear view of the beautiful dial. At other angels the protective coating gives blue tone to the dial another beautiful feature i love about this watch. Love the bracelet as well, i always thought that angled links looked pretty awesome. The watch has pretty much high polish look everywhere which gives it that "bling" look without really being too "blingly" if that makes any sense to you guys.

Enjoy the pic:

Bought one just like that for my Son a few years ago as he graduated from high school. It's one tough watch and the one he wanted. He has taken that thing through 27 states, Canada, he wore it while riding his 10 speed across the states of S. Carolina and Georgia and who knows what else and it has taken it all and still runs great, could use a polishing though. I can't understand why they discontinued the Colt 2.

Hey, nice choice! I used to have that exact same watch. (Sold it to help fund my first Rolex purchase). Gotta say that I miss that Colt, it really is the complete package. Hope you enjoy yours! Hang on to it, the new Colts are "different".

One of my favorite Breitlings, somewhat understated but in a most positive way!
Awesome watch, congrats!
