AP ROO or AP ROC???

Hey guys, looking to venture out into the AP world and add in a chrono... I'm looking at a ROO 25721ST or a ROC 25860ST... Both have the nice navy face, and both are a step removed from current models, though the ROC has the same 2385 movement as the current model 26300ST.
I can buy either for the same price. So, which is a better watch for the money, or just better in general? Also, if you'd just stay away from either of these, please say so too!
Thanks!!!

If both are in the same price league, an ROO maybe a better choice for most people. But it all depends on you, whether you want a more elegant piece or rugged piece. In addition, is the 50m water resistant enough for you?
For me, I would rather get a more 'wild' ROO in terms of the colour combination, if not I would rather to stick with more elegant RO. Just my 2cents. Remember to tell us your decision! The AP Owners Club will always welcome you!

I own the first 25721ST that came out and I love it. I personally prefer the ROO over the ROC as I like bulkier, heavier watches. The 25721ST is as comfortable or more tha the ROC. At 225g the beast is my choice hands down. Dressy and sporty at the same time.

IMO, ROO is a trend and ROC is a classic. As evident, we are heading back toward smaller watches, so Royal Oak will withstand the test of time. Judging from the last IWJG show, ROO's were selling at higher discounts than current versions of the RO Chrono - if that's not an indicator, I don't know what is.

The 15300 is one of my favorite RO's, I kinda like the DualTime even though you can find the exact dial layout from a couple of other brands which makes it not as unique as the other AP's

I have the DualTime now. One of my favourite in my collection. IMO it is more nice than the basic version, but the dial layout can be found from some other high end brands like Vacheron Constantin and Jaeger le-coultre. Anyway, some prefer to stick with the basic version as it is one of the RO closest to the original AP RO. Basically, you can go wrong with any! Just put it on your wrist and let your eyes decide it!

No AP dealers in my area, so I have to buy blind I so think I wanna stay with the RO classic 39-40mm size as opposed to the ROO larger size. I like the classic 15300, but found a nice price on the Dual Time. I figure, why not get the more expensive watch for the same money?
