well the person selling it bought it from an AD,but he misplaced the box and papers.

A really bad fake! The obvious tell is the second hand is too close to center.
Looks at the hour markers!!! So so fake!

Why you really should have said was "well the person selling it CLAIMED THAT HE it bought it from an AD".

I'd bet the farm that he didn't.

If he'd bought an 88 from an AD it would look like this:

If he'd bought the watch from elsewhere for a lot of money then he'd be inadvertently selling you a fake.

Since he's giving it this "I bought it from a dealer and lost the authenticity papers" business, it just makes him a thief.

Both look suspicious to me... i do not remember any Pam gmt with dots... it is usually strips instead of the numbers, if not seriously old variations i do not know about...
