I am an ameurter on Rolex and new on this forums, whould you guys tell me if dial from below ebay guy are real? They all look so good to me.

This is a custom refinished dial!

(Rolex authorized dealers will NOT install any refinished or customized dials )

There's no doubt that some of these dials have decent workmanship in them but if they were not made by Rolex ( and they were not), they're FAKE.
