Icon20 Rare Ladies Datejust, Advice and Info Please... Take 2

does anybody recognise this particular model?
ref- 69138. ladies 18k yellow gold president bracelet, original diamond bezel, year 1991, rare and unusual champagne dial set with 64 embedded diamonds.
the dial is what i'm stumped on, beside the diamonds as you can see it has the gold number spacers and roman numerals around the edge. at first I assumed it was an after-market dial, but after being taken apart and inspected, I was told it was completely original. which leads me to believe it must be a one-off production, as I can't find anything remotely similar to it..
would greatly appreciate it if anyone could shed some light on it?

I have never seen a dial like that. I find it hard to believe Rolex would install diamonds that fall under the cyclops.

Original doesn't mean it hasn't been frankenwatched. Someone could have taken a stock watch and dial and added the diamonds-happens quite frequently(relatively speaking).

Since it has tritium hands, if the dial was original, it would have the required tritium markings..

Therefore, the dial is likely aftermarket..

There is not a lot of market for ladies presidents and the prices reflect that.. The values of a 20 year old ladies watch would be half that of the mens...

I'll bet they did just that. The stones don't look aligned quite right.
