TT Sub vs SS Sub
I have had a TT Sub with black dial since Feb and was admiring the SS. Both are have Ceramic bezels but there is a significant difference in price. Especially since the last price increase. My AD says I should keep the TT, what do you think I should do. Please advise!

I prefer all SS
The TT is very nice but I always go for SS when it comes to Rolex sport models (with the exception of my 18k GMTC).
I like the clean sporty look of SS. |

For me personally, I dont see the need to have a SS black Sub when you have a TT black Sub. I would opt for something like the LV

Keep the TT.
If you're planing on a trade to SS, you will take a substantial hit. Save for the SS if it's something you like. Nothing wrong with having both!

Keep both if you like them. The TT will give you a beating on a sale/Trade - they don not typically hold valoue as well a SS in the pre-loved market.

Get whichever you want. As you already have the TT, will you just want it back if you get the SS This is the question I would ask yourself. If the answer is no then I would get the SS and this would be my preference in the Sub. You will take a hit on the TT though

ss sub is my vote. The TT's in my opinion aren't as timeless of a design. When I look at a TT from ten years ago it looks like is a decade old vs the ss just keep looking modern and current regardless of the trend or fad of the moment......just my novice opinion.

Hi from a newbie!
I like the TT, but the bling does make me feel a bit self conscious. Hence my recent decision to sell. Also i find myself giving a bit of thought to denting one of the centre links which would be a nightmare. Great looking watch though, and ive enjoyed owning her. GMT 2 16710 is staying though. I like the thinner profile, and the steel is a less look IMHO. |

Get the one you want. Just remember a couple of months ago you wanted the TT and now if you flip it it will cost you.

Keep the TT.
I got the SS only because it's my daily wearer but would love the TT as a dress watch. If you really want the SS, save up and get one. |

TT Sub vs SS Sub
Thanks again guys, it is sometimes hard to function when you've been bitten by the bug. I guess I will take my medicine and continue to save for the SS Sub. I have the TT Sub, SS Day Date Tag Heuer Aquaracer, Panerai 104 and a Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph. They will have to keep me calm until I save enough for the SS Sub. I can't say that I have a favorite one because the TT Sub and The Panerai share the most wrist time; however, when its game time, the Sub always gets the nod.

TBH if it was the TT blue subc and you want a SS subc I would say keep the TT and save for the SS but you have the black TT subc which imho isn't quite different from the SS subc (other than the YG of course!).
