Rookie Question - Turning back time

Hi,

The clocks "fall back" one hour in the UK this weekend. This should be simple, but I have never really had an answer to the question, and now I have a new watch I thought I would ask here:

Can I turn back the watch by one hour, or should I advance it by 11 hours (or 23 hours in the case of a date model)?

Thanks in advance...

With a rolex you can move the time forward or back without any issues.

Relax .... it can be wound back, but wind back further than you need then advance.

I did mine a few hours ago in anticipation of the extra hour in bed !

I read a poem written by a well known watch expert en poet who explained in short the beauty of time progressing and how the hands should always go forward and never backwards......since reading that i always move the hands forward....if i can find the excerpt then i will post...
Not really applicable here because we all turn the clock back an hour,
Just thought I would share my usual common practice...
