Plastic surgery

There was this woman who was dysfunctional sexually, and it was all linked to the physical size of, well, the protruding appendages from her female sex organ. She went to the doctor and he said they could do a "reduction" and all would be well.

The woman agreed to the surgery but on the condition that nobody would be told about her surgery, because it was so much of a personal nature.

A few days after the surgery, the doctor came into her room and presented her with three long-stemmed red roses, each with a card saying "Best wishes for a speedy recovery"

The woman scolded the doctor because he had broken the promise of confidentiality. She screamed "I am so embarrassed and you have no ethics" to the doctor...........

Whereupon he explained the first rose was from himself, and he had witnessed the operation.

The second rose was from his nurse who was in on the operation and knew how painful it was.

The third rose was from the man on the 5th floor burn unit who got the new ears.
