Thanks. No plans here, but I will hit one of the places that offers free Lunch for vets on that day. Here's a few I found online. I make a practice to frequent them on other days as well because of this:

Applebee's: Free meal, seven to choose from.

Chili's: Free meal from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven to choose from.

Hooters: 10 free wings with drink purchase.

Krispy Kreme: Free doughnut. Call to verify whether your location is participating.

Outback Steakhouse: Free Bloomin' Onion and a Coke from now through Friday. See outback.com/troops for more details.

It's hard to resist to those wings, right Rafael?

It's a good coincidence because November 11th is my girlfriend's birthday as well so we'll go to a restaurant to celebrate it but I will have a good thought about those men and women!

Its funny my wife and friends make a much bigger deal of veterans day then I ever have. I try not to go to work on that day, doesn't always work out though, but it will this year! Hooters might be the answer. Enjoy it everybody......however you do it

Up here we call it Remembrance Day. I used to phone my Grandpa on this day - he passed away recently, so this year I will just remember him - fondly.

I'll be taking my wife, 7-month old, and my Sub to the Four Seasons, Lanai! I figure we deserve to celebrate knowing I'll never have to go to Iraq again. (I know--wishful thinking.)
