Looks very good Mon but may I ask what's that paste on the side of the bowl? Are you supposed to mix it with the soup?

It's mustard Carl and goes well with the salted pork in the soup.

I keep it on the side and spoon it from there when needed.

My apologies, as you can tell our mustard usually has a lot more chemicals in it and is so yellow you can see it in the dark!

Looks delicious nonetheless!

Just taking it easy tonight so I shall have...

Calamaris with fresh basil and lemon juice.

Lasagne Verde served with green salad and tomatoes in balsamic vinegar with anchovies.

Black forest gateau.

Cheese board with vintage ports.

Coffee followed by Brandy and cigars.

As I say, just a snack supper tonight.

Bon appetit! .

Wow that sounds delicious James! I'm having the same thing (almost)!

Little balls of Tuna with vinegar on it.

Kraft Dinner with tomato juice and mint.

Maywest.

Cheetos and beer.

Nabob with peach schnapps and a Marlboro.

...Sorry I had to do it! I totally agree with the pictures request tho!

Are you kidding? This stuff doesn't even make it to plate.
It's a free-for-all. We cooked six or seven potatoes, one at a time.

Next time, I'll get a pic prior to eating, but it'll be hard.
And due to health concerns, next time may be in the middle of January.
