Advice on Woman's Masterpiece on Ebay

Hello!
I am always looking on Ebay for a good value on a white gold Rolex watch and I came across this one today. It's Ebay item number 350511670207.
Rolex Ladies Masterpiece 18KT White Gold W/Diamonds Pearlmaster 80299
Any red flags on it? Is this the current band or did the band change when Rolex changed the President band? Can dings in the case be polished out and by whom? The whole watch looks like it needs a good polishing for that matter! :-)
Thanks in advance for your help with this. I appreciate it.

My partner has the exact same watch, she has owned it for over 4 years and loves it.They do mark easily worn day to day though. From what I can see it looks a value watch from a seller with good feedback.Maybe give the Rolex lost/stolen register in your area a call just to make sure it has a clean bill of health before buying.
