Which serial is newest for GMT 116710 between Serial G and Scamble.

There is no other serial. After G they are all scrambled.

As best we can tell, both the G serials and the Random's were all released at the same time.. V is also still being produced and will be seen on the market well into 2012..

There is no way to know when a watch was actually manufactured - it's a guessing game..
