The inhouse movement from Panerai is quite new still, and it needs some time to become a "better" movement. Anyway, this is not always the case and I got many good feedbacks from different colleagues, they love their PAM with the new inhouse movement and had never issues so far. With PAM's like : 052, 072, 074, 060, 141, 184, 185, 190, 197, 198, 242 should the risk a bit limited, because the have movements from another well famous manufactures. Regards, Alexander |

PAM 111 all the way!!!! But be warned that it will start an addiction to Panerai. Got a PAM 111 back in July and will have a brand new PAM 270 on my wrist tomorrow! Just can't get enough compliments at the bar with the PAM 111 and the strap changes make it feel like a new watch every time. The PAM 111 is quite possibly the best casual weekend watch ever with its lack of date and clean dial.

Hello everyone, ive been waiting patiently for a preowned 111 to pop up in classified section and it seems like no one wants to get rid of they're 111's. I found a 112 in mint condition, N series, with full 2 year warranty hovering just over the 4k mark. I really wanted the 111 for the seconds, but this price is really good, I think. Should I wait for a 111 or dive in with the 112?

I love my BR-03. I love my Pam 90 also. My B&R though is my absolute favorite to wear daily. Its comfortable, very legible, isnt too heavy making my arm swing with an additional wobble. I cant wear my Pam as a daily as I tend to knock it into things too much its so big. I dont care about who makes what movement and so on and so forth. I like how a watch wears and if it keeps the time correctly week in and week out.
Do what feels best to you when you put either one on your wrist. Decide how youre going to wear the watch mostly. Pick from there. |

I have the BR 01, 46mm and its too big for me. Im over the rubber strap thing as well. Ive listed it in the classifieds, if it sells it sells if not ill just keep. Still looking for that 111 but im getting impatient and might pull the trigger on the 112 end of this week.

My vote goes for Panerai and I think that you will not regret it. Becouse with PAM you will get a lot more 'playfulness' / 'satisfaction' as you'll ever get with B&R.
I would sell ... ... and bought 111. ![]() ![]() |

I'd get the PAM and keep the B&R if possible.

Congrats on the 111. That's on my radar as well.
As for the SubC vs the 111 question, its an apples to oranges comparison. They are both striking but frankly I'd rather have the SubC and save for a 111 next time. |

The 111 was the less expensive of the two thats why i picked it up first, as for the Rolex im hoping rolex releases the GMT ii with the Pepsi bezel in ceramic. Then I just might be good for a while but dont quote me, I have an addiction... lol
