As I don't know you I would not know what to suggest but a Pt DD with aqua dial and romans pushes my button.
Forget the winder. Setting it on a Friday is part of the fun.

Explorer I is a great pick and no need for the winder IMO

As for what I'm looking for, really just a leather strap, simple but unique. Ive looked into Cartier, panerai(but met a few douche bags that wore one, so I don't know if I want to be one of them) and the explorer 1. That dd does spell all that but can't afford platinum ATM. Any other suggestion? Btw. Love thr Friday comment!!! |

Omega PO! Don't let a couple of douchebags deter you from Panerai. Though, I didn't buy a Rolex for a long time cause of Rolex douchebags and fanboys. At the end of the day it's your watch.

I also have a GMT II-c and am contemplating another watch to add to my collection. I have focused pretty heavily on Explorer I, but recent posts have caused me to consider the Milgauss as well. I think you might also enjoy a PAM. A very good friend of mine has one and he raves about it!
As far as a watch winder goes, I keep both my automatics in a watch winder at night and when not in use. I find that they keep better time that way. |
