Changing straps on watch with no lug holes?

What tool do you us or rather what do you do to swap straps yourself on a watch with no lug holes?

I'd use my checkbook and leave it to a pro. Ouch! Don't want may Submariner scratched.

Guess that's what I was ultimately trying to determine since I swap my straps a lot on my watches depending upon my intended use and feelings at the time.

As the good Dr. said, it is easier with lug holes - but with a little practice you can do it with the spring bar tool Dan shared. Over time you'll get very quick at it.

There are some DIY video's on YouTube to help you see how it's done and then decide for yourself.
