Rolex Customer Service; I'm Happy!

Dropped my Sub into my AD two weeks ago as it was behaving oddly. I was told the Service Centre would need six weeks to sort it (including two weeks for the Christmas shutdown). I was gutted, but resigned to not wearing it over the holidays........

Got a call today. It's back and sorted!

What a great Christmas present.

Hope everyone enjoys the holidays as much as I will....

I had my GMT serviced and it only took 13 days including transport time. I think they tend to under promise and over deliver to make sure customers come away satisfied. Not a bad strategy if you ask me! As an aside - I was considering a PAM and read so many horror stories about their slow service I decided my next will be another Rolex.

This may be a hint as to where I've been going wrong all these years...

That is fast. Mine always took about 3-4 weeks minimum as it's shipped via registered mail which is slow but the most secure here in the US.
