Nothing rare about one of these, nothing at all. That the 'dial is stuck' seems a bit weird. I'd keep looking, there are plenty around.

I would personally try to find one from a trusted seller on this forum rather than trying to find one on eBay.

Seller states it is a mark 1 dial, but clearly in the first picture it is not a mark 1. It should have a paper warranty work, but instead has a card. Has all plastics according to the seller, yet bezel won't turn. Too many things do not add up.
