Rubber B straps - do you like and what color?

Thinking about getting one. Torn between orange and black. Your thoughts?

Black seems versatile but orange is unique too. I'm no help, sorry!

Similar price point and construction as omega rubber straps. Ads are a bit cheesy. Product looks cool. Watch the videos on Jake's blog.

Don't get me wrong...I don't agree with Omega charging $350 or whatever for their rubber straps either. I probably would have kept my PO if Omega wasn't so greedy...Rubber strap 300-400 bucks? No way...

Any rubber strap, regardless of price, cheapens a Rolex.

Do you feel the same way about NATO straps?

Eric, I just got an Isofrane for the SD. Fits great and gives the watch an old school feel. Much cheaper than the B's and very good quality.

Yeah, I have one of those and found it to be a little bit too long with a lot of strap hanging out. But pretty cool for the price. I wore mine once and have not looked at it in quite awhile. What I like about the Rubber B is how it hugs the watch like the Omega PO strap and also the use of the Rolex clasp. I have a spare clasp that could be permanently allocated to the Rubber B if I choose to get one.

I respect your opinion and I also struggle with how I like the non-bracelet options on Rolex watches. I'm hot and cold on these, finding that I only like bracelets on modern Rolex while I can enjoy NATO and other straps on vintage Rolex.

I encourage you to check out this thread to see how classic Rolex watches look on NATO and leather.
