Taylor's is excellent, both locations........Arroyo Chop House in Pasadena is excellent.....if you're into prime rib....the classic Lawry's on La Cienega....where the Rose bowl teams go for their pre-game dinner.

Another great steakhouse in LA is Mastro's in Beverly Hills. Top notch food, service, ambiance. Prices similar to Ruth's Chris on steak maybe a little higher, but they also have excellent seafood. One of my personal favorite restaurants!

oh well sorry i missed this. but next time you are here, try the palms in downtown, they have good steaks and also Mortons.
