Rolex has never sent me anything..
Sometimes the Dealer has cloths, chocolates, or other stuff... but Rolex...nada.. except after a service.. then you get a travel pouch..

nothing from rolex on any purchases.breitling sent me a hat,sweater and a letter from the president of breitling in connecticut after buying a gold chronomat several years ago.that was after the ad was selling the watch to me under cost,since they were going out of business.
