M is the very, very latest.....but nothing wrong with a Z either. All the same....just a change over to a new serial no. after the last one is exhausted.

Yep...If you walk into a store, they will sell old stock first, so as a true WIS, you would ask for an "M" serial number for your purchase..

Otherwise, you could possibly get a "Z", or even a "D" on some of the slower sellers.. However, they may all be brand new watches..

In reality, the "New" DJ was introduced back in 2004, so in theory it can have whatever serial number has been issued since 2004 depending on how quickly your AD shifts his stock.

I have yet to see M, I know they JUST came out with it in the states. Z or even D is still pretty new.
