Dropped by Tourneau at KOP, PA Today

I was apprehensive, given the varying level of customer service from T. that others have reported on. My experience was fine, neither outstanding nor disappointing - it was just a visit.

Wanted to eyeball the Exp II 42mm, as my friend recently purchased the black (not a WIS, he just liked the watch - also has a sub). I was particularly taken with the white dial Exp II, more so than the black, I believe.

My 16 and 12 yo sons were with me. My 16 yo has ZERO interest in Rolex (or watches, for that matter). Tried to coax him about a potential graduation gift in the future - no dice.

The 12 yo on the other hand, loved the gold president - so there is hope

I was walking by the store in Dec. and there it was the 116610LV in the window. I leaned om head on the glass and told my wife there it is. She said no its not. I said yes thats the one iv'e been looking for. Filled out for a line of credit. Got approved for $10,000. And 20% back in store credit. Now I have around $1700.00 to spend in the store. Not bad.

Hey flyfisher - I was just there a week ago today myself - drooling on the same two Explorers...hopefully they cleaned them since then! :)

I was surprised by the service - i had low expectations based on reports of the chain as a whole.

I'm leaning towards the Polar as well - both are stunning, and that orange 24hr hand! Love it!

Big fly-fishing convention in lancaster city this weekend, you should be over this way!

I know about the show - couldn't be in two places at once, unfortunately.

Have been to the Somerset NJ show in the past. Did you get over to the show? If so, how was it. Last year it was in King of Prussia.

Bought my new Submariner two years ago from Tourneau, got a great deal on the watch, stellar customer service and follow up. I'll buy again from this store.

Been there a few times. Service was GREAT!!! Very surprised because of some of the stories on here. I think way to many on here are way too judgmental. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. No pressure. Prices were high bit that was expected. I will definately go back.

I pretty much do the same thing when I am in the KoP Mall. Nice store and lots of inventory.

I'm so glad to hear this about this store. The inventory is awesome and love the device. I was so scared about bad service before I went the first time. Give it a shot.
