Z serial Rolex GMT 16710 Bezel purchase in Germany

Hello All,

My buddy's currently on a business trip in Germany and I am thinking of asking him to pick up a black bezel insert for my GMT.

My questions to you guys are:

How difficult is it to purchase the insert in germany? I know in the US they only swap it out.

What is the model # or product #?

Thanks in advance!

-Kash

My wife purchased a pepsi insert for me while in Munich a few months ago. It was no problem at all. The model # depends on your GMT. It's located behind the lug and can be seen when the band is removed. All your friend needs is that number to purchase the correct bezel insert.
Good luck,
dP

Thanks Dan. My GMT was purchsed in May 2007 with a Z serial # . Would that be 16710 model #?

Yes, the watch is a 16710. Your local RASC will do a bezel swap - mine cost £22.50 here in London, and I kept my old black bezel...

I have a Pepsi GMT 2 F Series.... where may i get a replacement black bezel to replace. Our local RSC will not allow us to order one of a different color... kinda prefer the black one..

It should be no problem getting the part in Germany.

The easiest town to get it in would the the RSC Köln (Cologne) which - btw - is also famous for its stunning case finish work.

Good luck!

Well, the part is for the 16700, but I guess it will fit.
