Not in the UK be too more than five boutiques and none of them would offer any discount, only AD's out of town will offer any discount.

I've been to Omega boutiques in New York, London and Paris, and all three said company policy is not to discount at all.

Omega prices are definitely increasing as I've seen anywhere from a 5-10% increase in resale value on Speedies in the past 6 months.
