Icon14 SPECIAL THANKS TO PETER ("problmchylde")!

I would like to thank PETER for sending me his "Rolex Oyster Swimproof" watch stand as a gift!

Peter showed a pic of it in this thread:

"Thinking of buying a Rolex"

And I asked him if he would sell it, but he simply offered to give it to me as a present, and shipped it to me from Singapore!

I received it today, and I absolutely ADORE it!

Thanks again, Peter! I will treasure it!

You are a GREAT guy!

Here are some pics I just took (sorry about the poor lighting):

BTW: What you see on the adjustable watch holder is tape to protect the watch from getting scratches.

Peter, you're a class act.

So, Bo. Let's extrapolate. Can I be reasonably assured that the next time you post a pic of your Rolex and I say I like it, that I can expect to see it in my mailbox shortly thereafter? Gratis?

Peter and Bo are reminding me of Disney's Chip and Dale. Two well-mannered chipmunks who go out of their way to be nice to one another. :-)

In fact it is not worth much, since Peter from start on told me that this one is a replica.

But frankly I don't give a damn about its worth! For me it is just a very nice stand, and I really like it.

Most important is Peter's great gesture which is worth more than anything, and I really appreciate it highly.

I was kidding. It is definitely the gesture that counts.

I know, Mike!

The stand has now found its place right in front of me on my desk.

Cool thing, that stand is!
