The wood dials by Rolex are a sight to see, but they really do not bring the $$ we would think. They are not much asked for anymore. Especially the stone dials like Tiger Eye, Malachite, Lapis and such.

The wood dials are far my favorite's with Honey Birch on the top of my list.

Your dial that you have is an outstanding piece.

Is a white enamel Day-Date dial considered to be a "stella" dial?

RSC still offer replacement burl dials but say they're Hobson's Choice & cannot prior guarantee colour / shade as just like MOP every dial is unique
