Look what arrived today...

OK, so it's not the actual watch, but my Dornbluth catalog arrived today along with a hand written card. My watch should be ready before the end of the year. I am going to have a very hard time remaining patient.

Congrats Rich. Looking forward to seeing the wrist shots. I'm sure it'll be worth the wait, as painful as it may be :)

How long is Dirks wait now?

I really love the 99.0 & 99.1.
The blue numbers are STELLAR!

Did you get the silver or white enamel dial?

I can't decide which I like more with the blue hands.

I have been eyeing the Regulator for some time now!

I have started to reconstruct my collection and besides a couple
pieces with emotional attachments I have decided I am going to
mainly concentrate on Rolex and AHCI Watchmakers or at least
it sounds good now in my mind (I already have a PITA)

Dirk has told me to expect the watch in November or December, so 9 to 10 months.

At this point I did not order the enamel dial. I know it's extra but I didn't ask for the price. Maybe something to consider.

Regulator is also very nice, and if I like the 99.1 as much as I think I will, then the Regulator might be next.

I just sent him a follow up email. Gonna order a Regulator already. I've wanted one long enough and it's always Dirks or the IWC I am eyeing.

Really a hard decision on standard or enamel dial! The blue hands look great with both.

Mike
It is a tough call, the silver flecks in the painted
dial look stunning with the blue hands.

Whats the big deal about the e'mail dial?
Is it just the process?
