Too good to be true?

http://a2.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot...60615656_n.jpg

Local seller I can meet in person, says it's her uncles retirement watch from the RCMP (uncle passed away recently) so she has no paperwork on the watch. I insist on meeting at a jewellery shop where they can verify authenticity. Waiting to see if she replies.

I will only buy with an appraisal from a store. Is this generally good enough for newb rolex buyers like me?

And can anyone tell me what I can look for specifically with this watch as far as thing to check for, not so much to verify if its authentic, more so to tell if it's indeed the model the seller is stating? The seller tells me it's a Rolex oyster perpetual datejust watch with diamond inlay replacing numerals on face totalling 12 diamonds.

Why would you not be worried about the watch being authentic???

I can tell you the watch is a cheap fake. So why bother??
You're in the wrong place if this doesn't concern you.
