yes will ring them tomorrow also looks like one of the screw heads is damaged guess i should mention that or is that not worth mentioning

Yes mention it!!!!!!!!
If they've damaged the screw head in altering the bracelet I'd have them get a new one down from RSC.
Not good enough.
This is a problem with ADs. When I bought my watches the first thing I did was drive up to Bexley to get the new links put in by Rolex themselves.

ok so going to the service centre at west malling in morning where they are going to look at the braclet .and hopefully take out the pins that was damaged at the AD when they ajusted the bracelet.but they said the pins will not be the same as i got as the pins are finshed of when the bracelet are put together at rolex is this wright

I'd let Rolex Service do the work. The result should be fine, or they can get ones that will be appropriate. No worries!

well they said at the service centre when i rang today that the screw head would the same but the other side would not have the shine on it cause the braclets are finshed off once they are put together so the screws they will put in will not have a shine on the thread end.
