while I don't necessarily make sure my strap matches my shoes, it must be in the same color family. Currently I have the black OEM and brown OEM croc strap and I make sure which ever one isn't on my watch is at my desk. This way I can change my strap at the office to insure that my shoes, belt and strap are all connected.

Yes - I do have issues!

I think there would be something wrong if you didn't match strap and shoes...and belt, too!

Haha, for that red strap.. Maybe you can go for a white shoes with a red stripe? Or vice versa..

I think matching strap and shoe colour is completely normal.

How about, an OEM rubber with a black croc?

Talking about matching colours and materials..

No, you don't need OEM. Any 24/22 strap will fit. Check out the strap and accessories subforum.

How about something like this to match red strap. instead of blue shoelaces I think red shoelaces will look good.

There was a time when I had faux croc belts and shoes in brown and black to match my oem croc straps. Now that I almost exclusively wear aftermarket, i concentrate mostly on matching straps to my belts instead. I must admit that I have a whack of GSD belts already in my arsenal, including a Crazy Horse II...

Great hobby!
