As in real life I am always willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt. Fool me once it's ok, fool me twice then it's my fault...
I agree with you totally Sam, and it's probably unfair of us all to jump on this guys back ...... I'm all for second chances and the OPs collection stood up for itself so I hope he reposts.

But I remember a photo you posted of a Lamborghini (I think) which was stunning....... But you then immediately posted saying it was just a test drive. Now that's real character and exactly what I would expect from you Sam......and anyway, you've got enough glory pieces to make us all jealous without any need for subterfuge

Exactly my sentiments we are all blessed one way or another to afford one Rolex everything else is just a bonus. By the way no jealousy, there are many members here who post that would make my toys look like childs play and I am perfectly fine with that Now that we have hijacked this gents thread (Classic TRF style) if you view any of my incoming posts they have always been of attainable SS and/or TT pieces... All my other examples have all flown low key and only pop up in various threads... The win-win for me is speaking with all of you folks from around the world and meeting a few folks in this horology game on occasion... There is so much for us to enjoy here and I am hoping the OP will bring a fresh view to the threads here...

I think most of us collect as a hobby and as an appreciation of fine timepieces. The OP appears to be collecting as what he believes to be a status symbol or sign of success. To each their own, I guess.
