As a first-time buyer I had some reservations buying my Datejust. Oscar was terrific. My payment authoriser pulled the payment of their own initiative after he had sent the goods. Before they arrived we had fixed the problem thanks to his determined help. Great guy, completely straight, beautiful watch!
