Little Help Please
I am being offered BNIB SS white face Daytona at MSRP. I saw the watch and found out that even it is BNIB but it's a D serial.
![]() ![]() Therefore the question: If the D serial had the new blue spring in it? If not, how much of differents will there be in between this D and other newer ones. Well, since I will be paying full MSRP for it, should I take it? Or wait for the next one... ![]() I need to let him know before end of Friday.. HELP !!! |

I say go for it! You will likely regret it if you dont.
And yes, a D series Daytona would have the blue hairspring in the movement. ![]()

But how come you can get a BNIB "D" series??
I mean where are you getting it from? An AD? Has it been lying around there at the AD for so long?? ![]()

I think you should take it, but if not...I'm in Dallas and wouldn't mind taking your place.

Take it....don't lose the opportunity. You can easily get a couple K more by immediately flipping it. It's like someone offering you $2-3K for free.
