Dekku Fashion - strikes again on e-bay

I thought about bidding on this one as well but looked at previous TRF posts and saw it was another SCAM artist. I think e-bay needs to do more research before allowing people to list high ticket items.

Somebody left this feedback for him on a previous similar sale. What do you think, Anderl got a fake watch and doesn't know it??

Dekku Fashion Strikes my parents

Hey everyone! I am new to this forum site, but what prompted me here was a search in Dekku Fashions out of Canada. Reason behind searching this company is my parents purchased a Rolex Submariner from their site, but before doing so they spoke to a guy at the store who claimed they were an authorized dealer. so they purchased the watch back in March and didnt get it until April. My father not being a Rolex fan did not realize it was a fake. They gave it to me upon my graduation from college. Now I opened it and immeadiatly knew it was a knock off and didnt know if I should break the news. A few days later I asked my parents where they got it from and informed them they had been ripped off. Now the great part is when my father called the guy acts all suprised that its a fake. Apparently they sold a ton of these fake things. And now we have been waiting a week and playing phone tag with these people. Ironically now their site is down.

I called Rolex Headquarters in NYC and the girl Isabella was really nice asked me to forward all information to her but she pretty much said my parents are at a loss for their money. I hope Rolex goes after these guys now.

Next step is to pursue legal action and then get a real one!

Thank you Brian. My fathers credit card company is actively pursuing this and its nice to have friends in the Feds. I am just suprised that Rolex allows this company to operate still. They are taking business away from Rolex, unfortunate now wasting more time to resolve this. Guy that runs the place is named Richard Wilson, so please becareful of this guy.
