It's more art than watch IMHO. Now émail is totally different.

painted can be nice, imho not painted with tigers

It all depends. That Cartier tiger dial looks awful IMO, but VC has some really nice ones. Its not really my style but you have to appreciate the skill.

The tiger looks like a tattoo I saw once. I appreciate the work that goes into fancy dial work, but even a large watch has little room for fine details that are going to be big enough to see without a loupe.

I voted for the middle option because it seemed to be the more neutral one. I find painted dials truly beautiful but I don't think they belong on all watches' dials. Having said that, I think this tiger looks great but I prefer the VC's posted below...
