Rolex Service Center in SF?

Has anyone had any experience with this service center? Is it a true service center as it isn't listed on the rolex website?

It is not a true RSC; it is a Rolex-authorized service center. I had my DJ serviced there, and they did an excellent job.

It is a true RSC. Fully licensed and issues same warranty card as any RSC. It's just not directly owned by Rolex.

Why isn't it on the rolex website listed under their official service centers? Does that mean rolex will not back their craftsmanship if something goes wrong?

Giovanni and the staff at RSC San Francisco are the best. I've had three watches serviced there, all great experiences for me.

It's not on the website because Rolex doesn't own it. They're only giving you Rolex owned locations.
