RSC service price difference

Does anyone know approximately what the price difference for service is between a Submariner, a Daytona and a Day Date II?

You could call a Rolex Service Center and ask? You'll then get an exact up to date price. It may also depend if you're talking about vintage models rather than modern ones. It also probably varies a little by geographical region.

My understanding is the Sub & DDII should run about the same and the Daytona is going to be more.

It also depends on the metal. Gold and TT more.
My TT Daytona cost $950 but need a new crown. Crown cost $120.

If you do live in Newport Beach, there is an RSC just up the street in Beverly Hills you can call...

Best I know, a basic watch service is now ~650.. The Daytona runs ~750.. Precious metals also runs on the high side, so the DD II would be closer to the Daytona prices than the basic prices...
