I don;t know but with corrosion on the hands like that I would make sure you don;t have case rot somewhere on that watch, pull the caseback and take a look

The corrosion is really a problem---must be some reason for that to happen

The dial might also be corroded...bubbles that don't show with the lighting and magnification of this photo.
