Yep, saw this a few days ago. Pretty cool video and great marketing on the part of Rolex. I like that they acknowledge the demand for their vintage watches.

I would like to get an '81 GMT for my birth year. Any ideas on how to go about getting my hands on this watch???

Very cool. Never owned a Daytona but that is a sweet looking watch. I am guessing it's over 20K though. I am surprised Rolex is promoting vintage since they seem to have no respect for them if you need service.

Do you think Rolex will swap out the dial and replace the bezel when Fed sends it in for service

You say it jokingly, but I guarantee you that the bozos at the service dept. will put those recommendations down, only to be scolded later not to even consider it.
