Okay, so I wasn't altogether there today after working for 27 straight hours on the weekend. Daylight savings clicked over on Sunday morning, but while working today I kept glancing over at the time display on my phone, which is controlled by a central unit that hasn't be readjusted yet. 15 minutes before what I thought was quitting time, I finally checked the time on my SD and realised that I was actually 45 minutes late.

I sheepishly called Sash, explained why her husband was a complete idiot, and headed home.

I once overslept for a morning business meeting. I made it on time but everybody had a good laugh that "the guy into Swiss watches" had trouble getting to the meeting on time.
