I flew into TEB yesterday and took the opportunity to go to the NY office on 5th Ave. The ladies at the service desk were all very helpful I asked them for a 116710 SS GMT IIC manual, as my Z serial # came with the 16710 manual, and they produced one in a mere 5 minutes. I also asked them if they could add a polished SS link and for a mere $54 with tax my baby came back perfectly sized with a brand new link.

All around a good day...with enough time to go to MoMA for a little Salvador Dali/Andy Warhol fix and lunch in Little Italy.

They "produced" a GMT IIc booklet??

Anyway, good for you that you got friendly service and had a nice trip altogether!

Just waking up from my NY haze.

Bo,

Perhaps "produced" was the wrong word. They gave me one of the new manuals...I have no idea where it was printed but I looks just llke the pics posted by fellow TRF patrons.

I stopped by there myself a few weeks ago and agree that the ladies on the 4th Floor at the Reception Desk were all very nice and helpful!
