Do all Rolexes have a Rolex movement?
I see references to Zeneith movements... Do all Rolex watches have a Rolex movement?

Those zenth movements are only in Daytona vintage models and valjuoux but they are modified to be under the Rolex umbrella. Also be aware that high grade replicas with a Valjoux or Zenith movement are out there

In year 2000, Rolex stopped using its LAST external (base-) movements, the Zenith "El Primero" (used from 1988 to 2000 and heavily modified from the original Zenith "El Primero" specs), and started using the in-house Rolex cal. 4130.
It is said that Rolex started developing the Cal. 4130 movt. already way back in 1995 since there exist Swiss patent applications for parts of that movt. So since 2000 ALL Rolex movts. are made by Rolex!

As has been mentioned previously in this thread, there were other movements used in Rolex watches other than "in house" movements. The most notable was the Zenith "El Primero" (commented on by Bo), an excellent movement that has actually made those Daytonas with this movement a collector's item today. It is my opinion that the El Primero movement is as accurate as the "in house" Rolex movement.
Here's mine:
