could rolex add......
A non removable link to either side on my oyster band? Or i must add a removable one??

I'm almost positive it will be a removable link. I know when permanent links are removed and the watch is sent to Rolex to add a link it comes back with a removable link.

It would be best to add removable links to the bracelet. Rolex bracelets are kept to factory specs by RSC's so they wouldn't add permanent links to a fully linked bracelet.
Besides, later you may need to remove links; so permanent ones would be an obstacle.

Actually, i mean if i ever damage a non removable link and would like to add the same non removable to keep it as original. Would it be possible?

Yes a bracelet can be rebuilt. There are independent watchmakers who do that but depending upon the damage, it can sometimes be more cost effective to find a good pre-owned bracelet to replace it.
