Red hands on Daytonas

Which of the white gold daytonas do not come with the bright red hands? Can any model come without them?

The same for YG daytonas - can they come without the red hands? Would that be a special order?

The majority of the gold daytona's would not come with red sec/sub hands.

The 116509 series has exclusive use of the red hands.

The 116518/9 and 116528 have "exotic" dial versions with the red hands (inc my daytona) but they are in the minority. The majority would have these hands in the same gold as the watch itself.

Well you asked about WG.

Most of the WG/ leather strap models do not have red hands. There is a pave diamond dial model on a bracelet w/o red hands (116509pave) and a black dial version w/o red hands (116509bkd) , probably others too.

The most common WG bracelet models are the black and white dial with arabic numbers and these have red hands.

Personally, it's the red hands ( awesome contrast and distinction from the SS models) that drives me toward WG.

Most of the WG Daytonas I have seen have the Red hand(s). I is one of the tell-tale signs that you are wearing a WG Cos and not a steel one.
